Request your Lifetime Serial Code from the verified license provider on WhatsApp. Confirm the code, package source, setup fee, and payment instructions before using them.

Immediate server testing and deployment with no upfront setup-fee payment, followed by manual PayPal settlement after 48 hours, applies only when the provider explicitly authorizes those terms in a signed agreement. A serial code or perpetual license is not guaranteed by this guide; do not upload or activate an unverified package.

Hosting and web server provisioning

1. Choose shared hosting for a small deployment or private hosting/VPS for greater control; confirm it supports PHP 8.1+, PDO SQLite, HTTPS, and the documented PHP extensions.
2. Create the hosting account, configure a strong account password and recovery method, and verify that the host provides a private writable location for the application database and uploads.
3. Reserve or register your domain name, connect its DNS records to the host, and enable HTTPS before entering administrator credentials.

ZIP container unpacking directive

1. Sign in to the host and open its File Manager.
2. Open the website's public_html document root (or the host's configured document root for your domain).
3. Upload the provider-issued estatecloud-[domain].zip archive after verifying its origin and integrity.
4. Extract the archive in the document root, preserving the package's directory structure. Confirm that index.html and api.php are deployed together in the expected application location.

Keep SQLite databases, credentials, and uploaded source files outside the publicly served document root as supported by the deployment configuration. Confirm the private storage paths and permissions with your host.

First-run administrator initialization

1. Open your new custom domain over HTTPS and wait for the secure setup screen.
2. Enter the valid Lifetime Serial Code supplied by the verified license owner and complete the activation checks.
3. On the first-administrator screen, provide the admin email address, administrator name, and a unique, strong password. Store the credentials securely and do not share them.
4. Finish setup, sign in, and verify the database and backup status before adding business data.

Activation, account setup, and perpetual whitelabel entitlements depend on the package, valid license, and hosting configuration. This guide does not override the provider's contract or guarantee a deployment outcome.
